Remember when we got the whole Patriot Act thing? That was when we kissed our freedom goodbye.
In the preamble to the US Constitution: “insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare…”
I would point to “promote the general Welfare” as the part that says “K, we can have healthcare, s’all good.”
