Health insurance companies in Massachusetts want to raise base rates an average of 8 percent to 32 percent. The state that has mandated insurance says no. Insurance companies sue.

I saw a Facebook status on my news feed where someone was like “Ugh, healthcare reform bill, looking forward to seeing my premiums explode.” Bitch, that’s already happening. Often. Everywhere. Without any legal intercession.
