Breakfast: Plain Greek Yogurt sweetened with Sugar Free White Chocolate Torani Syrup topped with a few fresh Raspberries and toasted Almonds. Dinner: I made supper, well a snacky tidbit type dinner I possibly could make and eat with the Oscar arrivals in the background.

It got a loose Oscar theme. Saute onions and peppers till golden. Add beef and Worcestershire sauce and saute for 1 minute. Set to cool aside. When cool mix all ingredients together. Spoon into gently greased (Pam works great) mini muffin tins. Mix all substances (except green onion and Parmesan) collectively till well mixed.

Spoon 1 heaping Tablespoon on to each tortilla. Sprinkle with Parmesan parmesan cheese. Bake for ten minutes at 375. Top with sliced green onion. Snacks: Coffee and I made a batch of Protein Ice Cream. Mix together milk, protein, pudding syrup and mix. This device was utilized by me to mix it up. It creates it airy and lump free or whiz it very fast in a blender.

You want it fluffy. Pour into glaciers cream machine. Follow your machine’s instructions for freezing.
